Sugar Free Lemon Sorbet
Sugar Free Strawberry Sorbet
Summer Tomato Vegetable Soup - 2 cups for 119 cal
Easy Chicken Fajitas - 2 fajitas for 402 cal
Spaghetti with Chunky Tomato Meat Sauce - 1 &1/2 cups for 457cal
Cheesy Ravioli - 1 & 1/4 cup for 323cal

Sugar Free Lemon Sorbet
  • 3/4 of a Cup of Agave Nectar
  • 1/8th of a teaspoon of Stevia Organic Extract Powder (Or another 1/4 cup of Agave Nectar if you don't have any).
  • 1 cup of water
  • 3/4 of a cup of lemon juice
  • 3 Tablespoons of grated lemon peel
Instructions:1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, cook and stir agave, stevia, and water until mixture comes to a boil.2. Reduce heat and leave uncovered for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat and cool to room temperature. Stir in lemon juice and lemon peel.3. Cover and freeze for 4 hours.4. Remove from the freezer. After 15 minutes it will be fine to serve!



Sugar Free Strawberry Sorbet

Instructions:
1. In a blender, combine all the ingredients. Blend until it's smooth.
2. Pour into freezer friendly dessert dishes (In whatever proportions you want to use).
3. Cover and freeze for 2 hours.
4. Remove from the freezer. After 15 minutes they will be fine to serve!


Summer Tomato Vegetable Soup
(will probably use fresh tomatoes instead of the canned as stated in recipe)

INGREDIENTS


  • 2 can (14.5 oz each) Hunt's® Diced Tomatoes with Roasted Garlic, undrained
  • 2 can (8 oz each) Hunt's® Tomato Sauce-No Salt Added
  • 1 cup diced zucchini (1 cup = 1 med)
  • 1 cup diced green bell pepper (1 cup = 1 med)
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
DIRECTIONS
1. Combine all ingredients in large bowl; mix well. 
2. Serve at room temperature or refrigerate and serve chilled.


Easy Chicken Fajitas

Serving Size4 servings (2 fajitas each)

INGREDIENTS


  • PAM® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 3 cups frozen bell pepper strips (from 16-oz pkg)
  • 2 cups vertically sliced onion
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin slices
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 can (10 oz each) Ro*Tel® Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, drained
  • 8 flour tortillas (6 inch), warmed
DIRECTIONS
1. Spray large skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. Add bell peppers and onion; cook 7 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Remove from skillet; set aside.
2. Add chicken to skillet. Sprinkle with chili powder and cumin. Cook 4 minutes or until no longer pink, stirring occasionally.
3. Return peppers and onion to skillet; add drained tomatoes. Cook 2 minutes more or until hot. Divide chicken mixture evenly between tortillas.




Spaghetti with Chunky Tomato Meat Sauce 

Serving Size6 servings (1-1/2 cups each)

INGREDIENTS
  • 12 ounces dry spaghetti or favorite pasta, uncooked
  • 1 pound ground round beef (85% lean)
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 can (15 oz each) Hunt's® Tomato Sauce
  • 1 can (14.5 oz each) Hunt's® Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic & Oregano-No Salt Added, undrained
  • 1 tablespoon firmly packed brown sugar
DIRECTIONS
1. Break spaghetti in half. Cook according to package directions, omitting salt.
2. Meanwhile, cook beef with onion in large skillet over medium-high heat 7 minutes or until beef is crumbled and no longer pink, stirring occasionally; drain. Add tomato sauce, undrained tomatoes and sugar; stir well.
3.Simmer covered over medium-low heat 15 minutes or until hot. Drain spaghetti; place in large bowl. Pour sauce over spaghetti; mix lightly, if desired.




Cheesy Raviloi

Serving Size6 servings (1-1/4 cups each)

INGREDIENTS
  • PAM® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 1 pkg (24 oz each) frozen large round cheese-filled ravioli
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 can (26 oz each) Hunt's® Garlic & Herb Pasta Sauce
  • 2 cups frozen loose cut leaf spinach
  • 1-1/2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
DIRECTIONS
1. Spray 12-inch nonstick skillet with cooking spray; add ravioli and water. Cover and cook over medium-high heat 3 to 5 minutes or until pasta is thawed completely, stirring and separating ravioli 2 or 3 times.
2. Add pasta sauce and spinach; cook over medium heat until bubbly. Cover; reduce heat to low and cook 5 to 7 minutes or until pasta is tender. Top with cheese. Cover; remove from heat and let stand until melted.


COOK'S TIPS
Use your favorite frozen ravioli for this recipe.
